You must display your snowmobile’s registration number and registration decals to operate legally.
- The registration number must be displayed as follows.
- The number must be placed:
- In the space provided by the manufacturer on each side of the cowling or pan or…
- On each side of the cowling forward of the handlebars so that it is visible.
- The number must read from left to right on both sides of the snowmobile.
- Numbers and letters must be 1⅞” high and 3⁄16” wide.
- The number’s color must contrast with its background.
- Numbers and letters must be in English.
- The number must be placed:
- The registration decals must be placed on both sides of the snowmobile immediately after the registration
